Previously, he held the role of Chief Business Officer (CBO) at RichWorks International, where he was responsible for driving company growth through sales strategy, marketing, branding, leadership development, and operations. Since joining RichWorks in 2015 as Sales Manager, he has held several key leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales & Brand Community and Assistant Senior Vice President.
His corporate background also spans over 25 years in sectors such as financial services, real estate development, resorts & leisure, and investment holdings, providing him with a well-rounded perspective to lead comprehensive commercial initiatives across multiple trade channels and product categories.

He is a certified Train-the-Trainer (TTT) professional and a strong advocate for structured frameworks such as GROW, SWOT, and S.I.A.P.A which he integrates into coaching, content and campaign development.
