Module 1: Energy Transfer – Greetings & Hugs Beyond Etiquette

Objective: Build trust and positive energy in the workplace.

Content & Activities:

    • The impact of greetings & hugs on positive hormones (oxytocin & dopamine).
    • Communication etiquette: sincere smiles, respectful touches, uplifting words.

 

 

Module 2: O.T.A.K – The Success Weapon of Great People

Objective:

Train critical thinking and consistent action.

Content & Activities:

  • Why the brain is key to success.
  • The O.T.A.K formula: Observe, Ask, Take Action, Konsistency.
 

 

Module 3: Leader’s Tongue – Words Can Change the World

Objective: Use positive communication to build team spirit.

Content & Activities:

  • The power of words: lifting or lowering morale.
  • Changing negative scripts into positive scripts.

 

 

Module 4: Great Tools Need Great Users

Objective: Foster self-responsibility in using workplace tools.

Content & Activities:

  • Principle of self-responsibility: tools are just tools.
  • Becoming a great user: continuous learning & skill upgrades.
